My partner and I highly recommend Timeline Visuals for your event. The owner, Danny, responded quickly to our initial and subsequent messages. He had us laughing and was great with our dog during our engagement shoot. It was great to have a photographer with his skill set and a plus that he had worked with LGBTQIA+ couples prior. Whats your home look like? is it covered in flowers?
We're the last ones to have flowers in our house. Yeah. Extactly. It's not, everybody always says, ‘oh, your house must be filled with flowers’ and it's not. Well, we work with them all day long, You don't really want to take it home with you.
What’s the process for a couple to come in and hire you?
You come to us, you give us some pictures. I always say today. ‘ We don't have books’ in the past, we used to have like a big book that you would open up. We don't do that anymore. You look on our Instagram and you see other work that we did that way. From there, we'll put together a good idea of what you're looking for. You give us a budget of what you're looking to spend, and we try to fit you into that budget.

Whats your favorite part of being a florist for weddings?
We love a challenge. Every single one of these weddings is a challenge to some extent. There us aways something that happens or comes up, even if you are prepared. And that's a really cool part about this as well, that you have to really be creative in what you think. Each one, I feel, is a learning experience. And I tell everyone here, that each timethat you're doing something, it's an improvement on the last time you did.
What is your favorite flower?
My favorite flower is definitely a ranunculus. It's the coolest flower out there because of the petals.They come in every color underneath the sun, and a lot of them are like combo colors. You'll get like oranges and greens together. Hot pink, yellow, we use the white ones in weddings all the time. We don't really work with flowers, we just work with colors and shapes. And that's the best part about it. You're able to put together something very cool and different every day,and that's the reason why I stuck with it.

How long have you been a florist?
I've tried everything and I kept on coming back to this. I grew up in the business. There's pictures of me as a kid next to like $9.99, a dozen roses. So it's pretty cool. I always say It's proof that I've been here forever.

Using a Gamepad to Cull Photos in lightroom
If you are like me and absolutely loath the culling process. this might be something that appeals to you. I use a combination of this and a program called Aftershoot which uses AI to cull your photos for you. This is often my first step and then I go through and check for only my absolute favorites and neccisary photos.

With this guide youll be able to kick your feet up and relax by grabbing your favorite console controller and programing it to use keyboard shortcuts. This is a universal keybinding process and can be use it any program such as premier pro for multicam editing, davicni resolve, Photomechanic, capture one Aftershoot or honestly any program with a large amount of shortcuts, Forr this we will be explaining the shortcuts for lightroom.
If you are on a windows PC you are going to want to purchase Controller Companion it is $2.99 and well worth it.. You can purchase it using the steam store, this should be familiar to any PC gamers reading this. You can also purchase it directly from them here.
The idea is programing you gamepad to utalize shortcuts so you dont have to touch your mose or keyboard a full list of lightroom shortcuts can be found here.
So first thing you need to do after installing is open it. For whatever reason it opens directly to to the taskbar icons. you need to click the icon and open settings
Next navigate to profiles. I would reccomend creating a program binding if you plan on using more then one program.
